Born and raised in Fort Myers and residing in Cape Coral since 2003, Stacey Bohannon is a proud Southwest Florida native who has spent her entire life embracing and celebrating the coastal lifestyle. Growing up on the local waters, she developed a deep appreciation for the area’s natural beauty and knows the intricacies of its waterways like the back of her hand. Inspired by her father, who worked as a trusted liaison between buyers and sellers, Stacey found her calling at a young age and entered the real estate profession in 2002. From the very beginning, she built her business on integrity, dedication, and the belief that everything she does should revolve around her clients’ best interests. She’s also a proud Florida State University alumni and an avid Seminoles fan — you’ll often catch her cheering on her team, no matter the season. Although football season is her favorite! 

When she’s not working with clients, Stacey enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, spending time at the beach, and soaking up the Southwest Florida sunshine with her family. She finds beauty in every single sunrise & sunset whether she’s in SW Florida, or anywhere else. She and her husband have three children — ranging from college-aged to elementary school — who keep life lively and full of laughter. Their home is rounded out by two dogs and a cat, and Stacey wouldn’t trade the joyful chaos of family life for anything.

She’s the founder of an active social media group - SWFL Neighbors- in which she firmly believes that spreading kindness & being a neighbor to everyone creates the foundation for stronger communities. She continues to make connections among strangers, neighbors, & local businesses to build genuine relationships that last a lifetime while also stimulating growth and stability.
