Originally from Northern Virginia, Stefanie Coleman has called Southwest Florida home for over 20 years, fully embracing the coastal lifestyle that makes the region so special. Before transitioning into real estate, Stefanie spent 14 years in the healthcare industry, where she developed a deep passion for helping others, a passion that naturally carried over into her real estate career.

Beyond real estate, Stefanie is deeply connected to the Southwest Florida community. Her husband serves as Athletic Director at Bishop Verot High School, where Stefanie also helps lead the school’s parent volunteer organization, Viking Pride. She is also actively involved with The Harlan Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting displaced middle and high school students in Lee County, a cause close to her heart.

Stefanie is also the creator of “Out & About SWFL”, a vibrant Facebook community page where she highlights the areas best restaurants, outdoor spots, and lifestyle events sharing her love for the area and helping both locals and newcomers discover all that Southwest Florida has to offer
