Tiffany Hafler

Born and raised in Rock Hill, New York, Tiffany Hafler brings a lifelong passion for learning, leadership, and supporting others to her role as Director of Operations for the Old Florida Dream Team powered by the Harlan Group. In 2022, Tiffany and her family made the move to Punta Gorda, Florida, fulfilling a dream rooted in years of family vacations to Sanibel Island. Having spent her entire life visiting Southwest Florida, she developed a deep appreciation for the sunshine, water, and relaxed coastal lifestyle that ultimately inspired her to call the area home.

Before transitioning into real estate operations, Tiffany built a diverse professional background centered around education, organization, and team development. She earned her Master’s Degree in Childhood Education and holds teaching certifications in both New York and Florida. Her career began in education, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and relationship-building while helping students grow and succeed. She later expanded her experience into operations management roles across multiple industries, including marketing and automotive, where she became known for her ability to streamline systems, support high-performing teams, and keep organizations running efficiently behind the scenes.

Although this is Tiffany’s first venture into the real estate industry, her passion for real estate has been a lifelong interest shared closely with her mother. What drew her to the business was the opportunity to combine her operational expertise with her love of helping people and supporting greatness within a growing team environment. As Director of Operations, Tiffany plays an integral role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping the team continue to grow and serve clients at the highest level.

Known for her warm, relationship-driven approach, Tiffany believes that strong teams are built on trust, communication, and genuine support. Her educator’s heart continues to shape the way she works with others, always focused on encouraging growth, creating structure, and helping those around her thrive.

Outside of work, Tiffany’s greatest joy is spending time with her husband, Josh, and their three children, along with their three dogs who keep life fun and full of energy. She loves reading, learning, and sharing her passion for education with her children as they grow. A lifelong musician, Tiffany enjoys playing both violin and piano, as well as singing and making music alongside her husband. As a family, they enjoy playing pickleball and golf together, boating, relaxing at the beach or pool, and taking advantage of Southwest Florida’s year-round outdoor lifestyle.

For Tiffany, living in Florida is about creating lasting memories with family, embracing the sunshine, and continuing to explore all the beauty and opportunities the state has to offer. As she continues to put down roots in the community, she looks forward to becoming more involved locally while helping support the continued success and growth of the team she proudly serves.
